Originally the gardener's quarters, Applebarn is ideal for a family. There is courtyard parking adjacent and a small fenced garden. There's a fully fitted dining kitchen with granite worktops, ceramic hob, full sized fan oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The separate large lounge has comfortable sofas together with CD stereo, multi-channel cable television and DVD player. There is a small selection of books, games and CD's. There is a ground floor toilet, separate cloakroom and utility room (with washing machine and tumble dryer) .

Upstairs there is a family bathroom (with rolltop bath and separate shower) and three bedrooms - an ensuite double with shower, a double and a twin. One bedroom has a remote control TV and all have clock radio and hairdryer. There's a direct dial telephone and answering machine.
